Restart redo redux

On October 10, 2010 I started Optifast as a last resort.  I was desperate and I knew I couldn't keep living as I had, so a few hundred pounds had to come off.  Okay 190 to be exact, but the fact remained I had a lot of weight to lose.

During that period of time that I was morbidly obese I was disparaged, both to my face and behind my back.  I had  had enough and I just wanted to lose the weight once and for all.

It took two years to lose all the weight, I did the Optifast program then did the maintenance program for a year, and then did the Optifast program again and on the second time I finally hit my goal weight (for a day, but I hit it.)

On January 19, 2017 I am starting the program again.  Why?  I gained back half of what I lost.  So here are some questions and statements I know people will ask.

Why did I gain it back (or I told you you couldn't keep it off.)
When did it start coming back?
Did you see a pattern in life style changes?
Why do you think this time will be different (or how are you going to keep it off)?
It isn't healthy to lose weight this way.

These are the questions that I will answer in the near future and maybe re-answer at a later date with a different answer.

But the Blog got me through the first time around I am hoping it will do the same the second.

Til tomorrow.
